While I was designing it, the name Katona came to my mind. It is a beautiful and powerful horse that lives through racial exiles. I wanted it to be a strong piece. A unique and interesting design emerged from the tote bag as we know it. The material I used for the straps is a special rope used by old-time cargo holders to carry and transport loads. These ropes are not produced anymore and are very difficult to find but I found them in Athens. It was really a miracle.

Therefore, each of my products are unique. So is each and every raw leather that is chosen. Their distinctive form and texture are matchless; such as human fingerprints. Each leather that comes to my workbench has its own vital traces. I never intervene in those minor scars because each one has a story of its own.
