The material I used for the straps is a special rope used by old-time cargo holders to carry and transport loads. Then, we would slope downhill like mad. Those who skateboard know the feeling: it is such a high. Over time, skateboarding has evolved so much. It was initially born with the idea that one could as well slope down asphalt roads just like skating on ice and sloping on water. Today, all around the world skateboarders showcase their talents in incredibly acrobatic competitions. Cats and dogs too enjoy skateboarding. In this country, skateboarding is very widespread, especially among teens. Postmen also use it during work. Maybe this is how the SkateBag® idea first came to me. Just visualize it! Please check the photos carefully. We had shoes in our house that we didn't use anymore. Even though we didn't use them, we couldn’t dispose of them for sentimental reasons; we were attached to them. I wanted to make a bag which had feet on the ground. This is how the idea of ​​the Lets Walk Bag® came to my mind. I went to my workshop, cut the shoe we couldn’t give away, unstitched the sole and made a bag from it. I first made it for my wife and that is also when I named it. Everybody loved it. I buy custom threads for each Lets Walk Bag® and pair it with special leather. Each one is unique. Each one has its own character and finds the correct person. Therefore one Lets Walk Bag® is not for another. I prefer sofa leather (used in fournishing). It is very durable and has a sweet - hard softness to it.
