However, Dodo won me over answering all my questions and being willing to add a key fob to the inside of the bag. I am so happy I made this purchase. Frequently asked questions
What shipping methods are available?
I ship all packages via Hellenic Post Office. Your package will be delivered by the local post office at your location.
If you want registered or express shipping please contact me.
When will my order arrive?
Once shipped your order should arrive in between 3 to 15 business days depending on location. This is the current estimated shipping time frame based on my experience as a seller. I can not guarantee that this will always be the case as there have been a few instances when packages have taken longer to arrive. Many factors influence shipping times including customs delays, weather, postal strikes, pandemic and recent Russia-Ukraine war etc. If you need your item by a specific date it is best to place your order as early as possible, especially during the busy holiday season.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase I will gladly accept a return or exchange. Just contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Once I receive your item I will promptly refund your purchase minus shipping charges.
All items not returned by the original buyer can only be exchanged and only if accompanied by a gift receipt.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Although I have yet to experience a lost or damaged package, the following policies apply.
LOST PACKAGES-
If your order is not delivered within 30 days of shipment, I will begin an inquiry with the postal service. Once I receive confirmation that the package was not delivered or is missing I will refund or replace your item. Please be aware that this process may take several weeks.
DAMAGED PACKAGES-
I package all product to avoid damage during transit. If your item does arrive damaged, it must be returned to me in order to be replaced or refunded.
